Education: in 1998, Mr. Puchkov graduated from the Law Department of the Lomonosov Moscow State University
Experience:
Mr. Puchkov joined VTB in 2002. Since December 2008, he has been Deputy Chairman of VTB Management Board. Before December 2008, Mr. Puchkov worked for VTB Legal Department as: Deputy Head, Head, Vice President - Head of the Department, Senior Vice President - Head of the Department, then Senior Vice President, a member of the Management Board.
