The company's development portfolio currently includes more than 60 projects at the implementation stage and around 40 in the review phase. About 80% of our projects are in Moscow, with the remaining 20% in other areas of Russia and CIS countries.
The company's largest ongoing projects include:
- The construction of the Preobrazhensky multi-use complex (GBA of 540,000 m2)
- The renovation of the Peking Hotel and the construction of a business centre on the adjacent territory (GBA of more than 120,000 m2)
- The construction of the Leningradsky Towers office centre (GBA of more than 110,000 m2), which will house the Moscow headquarters of Siemens
- The restoration of the central Detsky Mir children's department store (GBA of around 74,000 m2)

Kuntsevo-Invest
The company was established in 1994 to conduct the wave resettlement program and comprehensive reconstruction of several residential areas in the Kuntsevo distict of Western administrative region of Moscow. Kuntsevo-Invest now deals primarily with the construction of business class residential complexes, as well as building municipal housing within the framework of the programme.
The company was established in 2001 and conducts development and construction activities in Saint-Petersburg. The company's most significant projects currently include the construction of the Leto (Hals-Mart) mega mall in St. Petersburg's Pulkovo area.
