The Pokrovskiye Vorota multi-use complex is situated on Pokrovka St., in Moscow's historic centre. A peculiar feature of the complex is that it is to be equally divided between two completely different types of facilities: a hotel belonging to the MaMaison Residence chain (ORCO Property Group) and a first-class office centre housing the headquarters of the Pipe and Metallurgical Company (TMK). The designs provide for separate entrances and completely divided engineering systems and underground sections, as well as separate access to the car parks.
