This project involves developing the industrial area of the Science and Research Institute for Long-Range Radio Communications (NIIDAR Scientific and Manufacturing Complex OJSC), situated in the Preobrazhensky district of east Moscow near the Third Transport Ring and within the area delineated by 1st Bukhvostova, 3rd Bukhvostova, and Krasnobogatyrskaya streets and Preobrazhenskaya Square, as well as development of adjacent land. As part of this project there are plans to build a multi-use retail and office complex and a residential complex on the land plot with an area of around 15.87 ha. The construction is to be carried out in several phases.
