Sistema-Hals and Ferro-Stroy competed residential Primavera
MOSCOW, RUSSIA - November 2, 2009 - Sistema-Hals (HALS), a leading diversified company in the Russian and CIS real estate market, and Ferro-Stroy, Russian commercial and residential property developer, announce the completion of the new business class residential complex Primavera at 4, Nakhimovsky Avenue, Moscow.
The construction began in Q1 2007 and reached completion in Q3 2009. As of today 80% of the apartments in the complex have been sold.
The developer is Sistema-Hals, the co-investor is Ferro-Stroy.
The 14-storey complex Primavera consists of two buildings with a total area of about 40 000 square metres and contains 260 apartments of 48-142 square metres in size. There is a two-storey underground car parking area with 266 spaces in the residential complex. The non-residential area on the ground floor will add an extra infrastructure. A children's playground and sports ground for residents are built on the adjacent land.
