Sistema-Hals to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders
MOSCOW, RUSSIA - November 19, 2009 - Sistema-Hals (HALS), a leading diversified company in the Russian and CIS real estate market, announces today that the Board of Directors decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of the Company in absentia on December 25, 2009.
The Board established November 19, 2009 as the Record Date for shareholders to participate in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company. On the Meeting the shareholders of Sistema-Hals will cast votes on one issue in the agenda - to approve possible interested party transactions between Sistema-Hals and Bank VTB.
The materials for the Extraordinary General Meeting will be available for public in accordance with Russian legislation.
