Sistema-Hals Board of Directors decisions
MOSCOW, RUSSIA - 30 November 2009 - Sistema-Hals JSC (LSE, MICEX, RTS: HALS), one of the largest diversified companies in the real estate market of Russia and the CIS, announces that a meeting of the Company's Board of Directors was held on 27 November 2009. The Board of Directors considered and approved list of candidates to the Board of Directors to be voted at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 28 December 2009. The candidates were proposed by shareholders owing over 2% of the share capital of the Company.
The list of candidates to the Board of Directors includes the following persons:
- Vitaly Brynkin (Independent Director);
- Alyona Deryabina (Bank VTB, Vice President, Head of Non-core assets);
- Sergei Drozdov (AFK Sistema, Senior Vice President, Head of the Property unit);
- Felix Evtushenkov (AFK Sistema, Vice President, Head of Consumer Assets Business unit);
- Pavel Kosov (Bank VTB, Senior Vice President);
- Semen Lamdon (Independent Director);
- Viktor Meschenkov (Independent Director);
- Andrey Nesterenko (Sistema-Hals, President);
- Dr. Wolfgang Petzold (Independent Director);
- Evgueny Plaksenkov (Independent Director);
- Andrey Puchkov (Bank VTB, Deputy President).
- Andrey Shapoval (Independent Director).
All the candidates have provided their consent to be elected to the Board of Directors of Sistema-Hals.
During the Meeting the Board of Directors approved the Management Board of 9 persons including:

- Denis Biryukov (Head of Asset and Corporate Management);
- Vladislav Grzhib (First Vice President);
- Igor Kascheev (Vice President, Asset and Corporate Management);
- Ilya Martynov (Finance Controller);
- Teimuraz Shengelia (Vice President, Head of Commercial Real Estate);
- Vladimir Uzhondin (Chief Accounting Officer);
- Elena Vitchak (Head of the Administrative Complex, HR Director);
- Dmitry Zikanov (Vice President, Head of Residential Real Estate).
