Sistema-Hals and Ferro-Stroy have built 221 appartments for school teachers

MOSCOW, RUSSIA - December 10, 2009 - OJSC Sistema-Hals (HALS), one of the leading companies in the Russian and CIS real estate market, and ZAO Ferro-Stroy, Russian investment and residential property developer, announce the completion of a new comfortable residential complex at 25a, Dnepropetrovskaya Street, Moscow.

New residential spaces were built by Sistema-Hals and Ferro-Stroy according to the investment contract with the Moscow Education Department regarding the construction of residential complex at Dnepropetrovskaya Street and Nakhimovsky Prospekt.

According to the investment contract Moscow Education Department shall be provided with 2/3 of the apartments in the residential complex at 25a, Dnepropetrovskaya Street. In general Sistema-Hals and Ferro-Stroy will deliver to the Education Department 221 fully finished apartments (11,900 square meters).

Residential complex at Dnepropetrovskaya Street

A monolithic 23-storey comfortable individual residential building with a total area of about 25,000 square meters at Dnepropetrovskaya street was built according to an individual project. It is situated in a picturesque site next to the Bitsevsky Park. Total number of apprartments 306. For the convenience of residents there are 5 lifts, an underground parking with 153 parking lots, shops and services are in the ground floor. Additionally special center for extended education will be located on the ground floor.

Residential complex Primavera at Nakhimovsky Prospekt

In Italian Primavera means a spring. Two original modern buildings of Primavera complex wonderfully suit the environment and will at any time remind about a spring. The 14-storey complex with a total area of about 40,000 square metres contains 260 apartments of 48-142 square metres in size. There is a two-storey underground car parking area with 266 lots. Non-residential area on the ground floor will add an extra infrastructure for the residents. A children‘s playground and a sports ground for residents are built on the adjacent land.
