Kazan shopping center "Detsky Mir" meets customers in advance of New Year
MOSCOW, RUSSIA - December 17, 2009 - Sistema-Hals OJSC (LSE, MICEX, RTS: HALS), one of the biggest companies in Russian and CIS real estate market, announces today opening of "Media Markt" and "Detsky Mir" stores in "Detsky Mir" shopping center in Kazan (9, Peterburgskaya Street).
The grand opening of the first store of electronics and household appliances in Tatarstan Republic took place on the night of the 16th-17th of December. On the following morning the renovated store "Detsky Mir" opened its doors for little customers and their parents.

Media Markt occupies 6,100 sq m of SC's floor spaces on two floors. "Detsky Mir" store occupies nearly 2,000 sq m on the first floor.
"Detsky Mir" SC is located in the center of Kazan, in the popular among city residents and visitors pedestrian street. One of the exits of the subway station "Tukai Square" leads to the building of the shopping center for the visitors' convenience. The total area of the center is over 20,000 sq m, while the GBA exceeds 12,000 sq m.
