Sistema-Hals and VTB24 announce new mortgage loan program for Sun housing estate
MOSCOW, RUSSIA - June 16, 2010 - Sistema-Hals (LSE, MICEX, RTS: HALS), a major Russian real estate company, together with bank VTB24 announce a mortgage program at the early construction stage for Sun housing estate.
In terms of the program Sistema-Hals' clients have special conditions for mortgage loans at VTB24.There's no investment margin and interest rate corresponds to the bank's rate of a fully let residence (from 12.6% in rubles and from 9.1% in US dollars). During the construction period there's no additional loan guarantee.
Sun housing estate is a residential complex (GBA - 58 404 sq m) with a variable number of storeys (from 9 up to 30) and a four-level underground parking for 320 cars. Apartments (1-4 rooms) are effective and comfortable both by square and planning possibilities. Internal infrastructure will include medical center, service unit and children leisure center. Sun housing estate is to put into operation in 2013.
