Sistema-Hals has paid off the first ruble bond

MOSCOW, RUSSIA - April 15, 2010 - Sistema-Hals (LSE, MICEX, RTS: HALS), a major Russian real estate company, announces today that the Company has executed the obligations and paid off its first ruble bond in the amount of 3 million securities. Earlier on March 18, 2010 the 3-10 coupons rate of the first bond issue was determined as 8,5%.
