This building of the former Rukavishnikovsky Shelter was built in 1880. Architectural monument. Renovation completed in 1994. Many elements of the facade and interior were preserved, particularly the vaulted cellars, which now comprise the bank's hall and vault. The building was also fitted with modern security and fire extinguishing systems.
