Since it was founded, Sistema-Hals has formed an extensive portfolio of projects in fast-growing segments of the real estate market. As at 1 January 2009, Cushman & Wakefield valued Sistema-Hals' interests in the facilities and projects within its portfolio at almost $2,049 billion. The total area of the projects implemented by Sistema-Hals comprises around 340,000 m2.

Sistema-Hals is currently implementing projects in Moscow, the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk, Sochi and Yalta.
