The main anchor tenants will be a major operator of a chain of superstores, a modern multiplex cinema, and major electronics, sporting goods, computer and household appliance megastores. Leto will include retail outlets for major brands of clothing, shoes and accessories, as well as interior showrooms and various types of services. An important feature of the supermall is its large entertainment complex, which will cater to the whole family and will include a multiplex cinema, children's play areas, rides, a food court and an ice rink, which will be the focal point of the retail and entertainment complex. Around 20,000 m2 of the mall will be set aside for these recreational facilities. In 2005 and 2006 the designs for Leto's retail and entertainment complex won the prestigious annual HYPERESTATE AWARDS in the category of "Largest mall project in St. Petersburg".
