• organization of relations with government and its specialized departments in the field of co-ordination in building ;
• control of getting by contractor all permission documentation(licenses, certificates etc.);
• control of time of mobilization and building stages ;
• getting co-ordinations during works on external communications;
• control of quality of building works;
• control of industrial health and society;
• control of building budget and bills payment ;
• technical control;
• holding operative and control meetings of participants of project ;
• control of fulfillment of all treatment duties on project;
• control of preparation of object to exploitation;
• casting of company managing of object on exploitation stage.
