  Sistema-Hals Severo-Zapad

In early 2001 we established a development arm of Sistema-Hals in Saint-Petersburg - Sistema-Hals Severo-Zapad. In Saint-Petersburg Sistema-Hals Severo-Zapad concentrates its main efforts on development of the luxury housing and Class A and В office projects.

The Company started its activity with construction of corporate estate for Mobile TeleSystems in Saint-Petersburg.

Sistema-Hals will actively take advantage of arising business opportunities in the still underdeveloped regional markets.

Thus, Sistema-Hals Severo-Zapad has recently finished the construction ofDetsky Mir retail center in Tambov. It is intended to build 3 more similar retail centers in the cities of Kazan, Volgograd and Saratov. It is also planned to build a block of houses in the city of Orel.

Hals-Management was established in 1997 as a subsidiary of Sistema-Hals, which is responsible for maintenance of the property owned by such famous Russian companies as Hotel Rossija, Nafta-Moskva, Mashinoimport and many other. Hals-Management also maintains office property ofSISTEMA and its subsidiaries, such as MGTS, Sistema-Telecom and others.

  Organizator

Organizator is a project management company established in 1995. It is one of the largest companies in Russia specialized in design, construction and restoration of roads and bridges, flyovers and tunnels. The company takes technical and financial control under the construction process.

Since 1996 the reconstruction ofMKAD (Moscow ring highway) has been conducted under the supervision of Organizator. For the first time in Russia the bridges for pedestrians with translucent covering and noise absorbing walls were constructed.

  Mosdachtrest

OAO "Mosdachtrest". Mosdachtrest owns a total of 307 hectares of land in Moscow and its suburbs and is the leading official provider of cottages for rent in Moscow and Moscow suburbs.
