JSC “Sistema-Hals” has been working on the market since 1990. In 1994 “Sistema-Hals” transformed into an independent subholding inside AFK «Sistema».
During the years of work 18 objects were built – the general square of them more than 100000 sq. m. The volume of the investments in our projects was more than $150 mln.
Every of our objects becomes an architectural phenomena in city’s landscape. There are a lot of architectural memorials of a big art value that form specific Moscow style. “Sistema-Hals” made a big tribute to the restoration process of valuable elements of the historical buildings in Moscow.

We built a lot of classical buildings. In 1999 building of “Daimler Chrysler”representation’s office on Bolshya Ordynka was finished. This project is an example of adoption of new methods in architecture (high -tech style) and use of up-to date technologies in construction, rdecoration and engineer equipment of building.

Prize won at 13th International tournament in construction
of 2001 held in Paris. The main prize in “Best project of the
millennium” nomination for “Daimler Chrysler”’s headquarters
building – 13th INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION AWARD
(New Millenium Award).
